You can speculate all you want butFacts: 1. The private placement did not yield more then 76 cents for each share and S.A. was part of it (remember he is in the know). 2. There is no order backlog or POs from any ILECS 3. After 9 months, the BS deal did not yield any results. 4. All previous contracts before BS yielded results far bellow what was announced 5. S.A. said He is confident orders will come in at the beginning of next year. 6. At 76 cents a share they can short or sell half these shares (2,330,000) at 1.51 and come out with the shareholders paying the private placement and still have half the shares left for themselves. IMHO if S.A. really had a great deal at hand He would have never negociated a private placement at such a low price. Which means short term these shares are worth no more then 76 cents. The rest is pure speculation based on potential opportunities identified by S.A. and we all know what that yielded up to now.
