this is incredible. on the very morning the jury trial is finally set to go forwards, the U.S. patent office awards GenSci patents on the very products that Osteotech is suing them for. And the kicker is, the Patent Office used Osteotech's own "O'Leary patent" as prior art in awarding the intellectual property to GNS... irony of ironies...makes you wonder what Osteotech's management team is having for breakfast right now. crow? what say you, your Honor?
