RE: MoMo

RE: MoMothe HSBC block was the tail end of an outstanding sell order from a fund that probably just got tired of waiting. If a billion dollar fund has made a decision to sell a position on a stock that represents a minute fraction of its holdings, one press release is hardly going to change their minds. He's out. That's the good news. FYI, the release came out before the market opened (8:00AM), and the stock started moving the minute this block was out of the way. The U.S. patent office was fully aware of this litigation, and furthermore used Osteotech's patents as 'prior art' in establishing that Gensci's technology is noticeably different from OSTE's. I guess we'll see, won't we?
