RE: Cyclosporine patent is EXPIRED. EXPIRED.Great, now all the mental giants are showing up. One question Truffleman, and I'll post slowly so you can read it:
if.....patent......is......expired......how.....can........there......be......a......lawsuit?
Why don't you guys try a different angle for a while, this one is really old. Here you go:
Truffleman, you talk about ISA247 having an extremely short shelf life, so short that they can't produce it fast enough to use.
Shazamm, there is always a possibility that ISA247 may turn people's skin color a disgusting green color after any more than 2 doses.
TeePee, can anyone say with "absolute certainty" that there is someone in Russia who invented the same molecule in Russia in 1974, and has been waiting for ISA to issue the patent in NewZealand before coming forth with prior art?
and of course Altius, TA shows that the belt buckle has been broken off of the leather donkey, which surely means that if the stock doesn't rise to $5.10 by tomorrow at 8:45AM, then it is going to $0.10. If this happens of course, Altius will have shorted the stock all the way down, adding to her millions. On the other hand, if the stock only goes to $4.10 and then shoots up to $8.00 next week, Altius will have had another psychic eposode with TheNewGuru, shorted only to $4.11, then re-bought LOTS at $4.11, JUST IN TIME!!!! to ride the wave back up.
Yeah, and by the way, have fun!!
