Will Petromin Resources be (...to be taken over at $8.15 per share.) If you have followed the oil and gas industry to any degree over the past year you are aware of some of the fantastic success stories and acquisitions that have taken place in the oil patch. Petromin Resources Ltd (V.PTR) is another company that bears a striking similarity to Velvet in its early stages. In fact Petromin has built on and enhanced the business relationship model with First Nation communities that was so successful for Velvet Exploration. The Company has created a ground breaking joint venture relationship with First Nations allowing right of 'first refusal' to extensive blocks of acreage; position on lands that represent some of the last remaining opportunities within the prolific Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.
