My only caveat is that, in the oil patch at least, and especially these days, stocks tend to trade below their NAV, and below "fair market value" or, if you prefer, break-up value. Therefore, it requires that a company be in play, either through their own doing, or more rarely through someone else's doing - i.e. hostile take over. Only then does the market begin to pay closer to so-called fair market value - which is an extremely subjective term any way depending on which discount rate you apply, which price decks you use, and many other factors. That's why Husky was recently trading north of 18.50-19.00...the market was expecting a take over. All IMHO. I hope everyone out there in cyber land has a great holiday season! Smarmy
