Possible REIT structure??

Possible REIT structure??There could be some good money to be made if they change over. REIT are valued much better on the market than regular real estate companies. They would probably have to do a share consolidation to get it into a reasonable range. This announcement definitely will draw some interest, if not from investors than from other reit's interested in growing their portfolio with a share exchange.
