RE: the value of today's trade....I am not a broker, and do not pretend to be an expert. But, the reason someone is able to hammer the share price with an offer of 500 shares at a low price, is that no one is looking after the box! If management or their market maker allows the stock to go no bid or ridicuously low bid, 500 shares offered for sale will knock the price down, no matter what the company, and no matter whether there is a conspiracy or not!
