RE: We're off the respirator

This was a quick NR. I was told on November the 19th 2001 that the PP was completed and a NR would be released in a couple of days. Thank god I did not hold my breath. Thanks to you William and Carolyn Downs for extending the life of our venture. I see you also have faith in Starr resources; I hope that with this input our directors will progress in an orderly fashion and the stock will lift off from this low. Tinyhopes
