"Geoscience, of all the sciences,is the least exact, and the most susceptible to differing explanations to explain phenomenon with limited data from indirect sources" (or something like that). I ran across this quotation about 40 years ago, and it still sticks in my mind. With the quote in mind, I have difficulty with absolute criticism of people who may have a differing opinion, or theory, to explain the limited results obtained to date. Yes, management was too absolute (IMO) in saying they had confirmed the bedrock source etc. of the anomaly. But Alex, for you to say they were fraudulent etc also goes beyond the line. You and the owl are talking a little bit over my head, but you are differing in your interpretations and even recitations of "data" from Moshers report and other sources. I do not believe either of you are being insincere or dishonest, but one or both of you are wrong on some points. But that kind of discussion is what made this board so interesting in the past, and I am very glad to see the return to a civil discussion. Kudos to you both!
