G2 Goldfields Inc T.GTWO

Alternate Symbol(s):  GUYGF

G2 Goldfields Inc. is a Canadian resource exploration company focused on the acquisition of multiple, but historically challenged, mineral exploration projects, each with the potential to identify and generate one or more significant gold projects for development. Its projects include Guiana Shield, Oko Aremu District and Puruni. The Guiana Shield contains the elements of orogenic gold, conglomerate-hosted gold, Transamazonian/Birimian green-stone terrane, making it favorable for exploration. The Oko-Aremu district and Puruni district properties contain two of the four past-producing historical mines in Guyana. The properties total approximately 37,068 acres and are in the Cuyuni-Mazaruni Region (Region 7) of north-central Guyana in the Guiana Shield. The Oko Project is divided into the Oko Main Zone in the north and the Ghanie Zone to the south. The Oko property is host to high grade orogenic gold mineralization within the Cuyuni Basin Sediments and the underlying Barama volcanics.

RE: Form 28 (1/31/2002)

RE: Form 28 (1/31/2002)larry...; despite your best efforts I think you are piss-ng in the wind, and given all the hot wind coming out of Brulington you are getting blown away. Look at the site that you lynked...everyone is raping the company, everyone! No one gives a damn about this, not the board, not the courts, and not even what is left of the straggly group of shareholders. I have always thought that there was hope, but I am becoming more and more convinced that the only hope is for the board to stay on a little longer and line their pockets even more. Look at the CEO pay, Rome was burning and this guy gets a 50% pay increase, give me a break. And this is the free market at work? I have lost all faith in this company, its auditors, its board, its empoloyees. This is like a shark feeding frenzy or a bunch of pigs at the trough - eat till you explode or the pig next to you gets to eat more than you! Sorry, but this is not a laughing matter anymore, its actually quite sad to see such a once strong company get taken down in such a short time by so few people. Heck just look at the number of shares that the board members own- I could own as many shares by stealing money from my pre-schooler. They have not faith in the company (or themselves) and so have no money into it. What happened to all the big money folks that were into this last summer and some of the big houses? Sorry Larry, but despite all your best efforts looks like the courts have ignored everyone. YUK!
