There is no consolidation of capital. Effective at the opening Monday, February 11, 2002, the common shares of Devon Ventures Corporation will commence trading on the CDNX and the common shares of Safeguard Biometric Corp. will be delisted. The new Trading Symbol will be "DVX" and the new CUSIP number will be 251811105. The Company previously announced on February 4th the appointment of Mr. Kelly as the President and CEO of the Company and Mr. Robert Chase's appointment as Chairman. The Company's current directors are Mr. Robert Chase, Mr. Brian Edgar, Mr. Kelly Edmison, Mr. William Rand and Mr. Stephen Shaver.
