RBC trades in a funny way

RBC trades in a funny wayI have noticed that when RBC buys, they buy large amounts and buy at the market, driving the price up significantly. When RBC sells, they just dump at the market, driving the price down significantly. Can anybody explain why they do this? And how can they possibly make money doing this?
