The Eastervale Project is located in the Municipality of Provost, in east-central Alberta, Canada. The Red Willow Project is located near Stettler, Alberta. It also has two new projects in Europe, comprised of the Gierre Solare Project, located in Lazio, Italy, and the NM Solare Project, located in Lazio and Umbria, Italy.

outlook for shareholders.

outlook for shareholders.Not good. Even if it is valuable to another company, it is only as a writeoff. This means no attempt to build real value. Our only hope is if there is value as a shell. My question is: Can any Canadian out there tell me how to write this thing off? It would cost me money to sell out at this point so I want to avoid that. Possible?
