RE: note777 and zdirty laundryyou have obviously never tried to get customer service from any other telco in Canada (or the US for that matter). This stat is mico reviewed by the CRTC...and guess who is on top?
And I dont usually try to imply that one companies service is good just because a competitor is bad, but I just had cable installed by SHAW and it took 1/2 hour on the phone 3 SEPERATE TIMES and 4 individuals in my home over a 3 week period (excluding one no show)

-TELUS should have no trouble with this kind of competition once ADSL is available everywhere
