WHY would anyone pay a 60% PREMIUM

WHY would anyone pay a 60% PREMIUMto the price Zoran just got his shares for? I could understand 10% perhaps even 15% but 60% thats truly ridiculous. The recent buyers of this stock should wake up. The company should actually ackcomplish something before we give it such a high valuation.
