Bring me up to speed on ACK

What's the controversy with MFP? ACK seems to have a bit too much debt, but I like the real estate market, and ACK is trading well below book value. What's the buzz on ACK, do analysts follow this one, anyone out there have a target price? Any institutional holders of it? Also, why isn't their dividend higher? Is the next dividend likely to be much higher? The chart on ACK looks nice, wish I had scooped some up after Sept. O.
