Why didn't you wait until April? I think the deal could close at the end of this month and your impatience will cost you lost opportunity. I recommend taking a new long position, now! I dumped VMS today at a small profit. I'm not impressed with the wide gap between the bid and ask all day (12%), as well as low volumes. Looks like it only had one big buyer that day when it shot up. I expect it to go down or stay at these levels for awhile. I'm moving to stocks with better liquidity.
