CIBC strikes again

CIBC strikes againThis is the second day in a row I noticed CIBC selling on the close and driving the price down. A few minutes before the close hse was trading at $17.25, then the CIBC hammers the bid 10 or more times and gets a low close. I have not noticed if this has been happening for more than two days, but I find this somewhat intresting. One might think that maybe there is good reason to close the stock low. Is it possible that a deal is being worked, and the premium is based on a percentage (ie 20% ) on the average of the last five trading days, to a maximun of x$. This is digging deep, but I cannot see the logic of selling on the close like this. Also I can't believe the HSE has no one supportint the stock.
