Stockbuddy, I'd sooner be associated with a customer service rep than management of this company. Sure it may be legal for them to have dumped their shares while promoting and announcing a share buy back but in term of ethics its pretty low. Would you invest in a company run by any of these joker's in the future? Investing unfortunately requires a lot of trust. These guys obviously took advantage of that.
This is my opinion. Write to your member of parliament urging them to push forth legislation that requires that insiders announce 10 days before they plan on selling. What's with this absurd idea of finding out whether your insider wants to sell a month later after he did. Its useless information by the time joe retail investor reads it. And I'm sure friends and family have also sold by then too furthering the decline in share price.
