It is not quite clear to me what "issued" but not "distributed" actually mean. And by the way I can't find the notes you mention in the 31 December 2002 financial statements. If you by "not distributed" means "not free for trading" I agree. I vaguely remember
reading something to that effect in a JK tracker.
Bascally what you say is good because it means that insiders (founders and management) owns far more than 50%. If we get a result
where less than 50% has been exercised we will know that the rats have abandoned the ship.
And by the way in all this gloom and doom atmosphere this could the
last opportunity to buy THO at the $0.14-$0.15 level. I am considering this as I was not eligible for the rights offering (not
living in a lawful jurisdiction it seems. That will certainly come as a surprise to the folks living here).
I would like to point out that the present mood is pure sentiment.
Fundamentals as I see it have never been looking better for THO than today. Don't let this thread swinging from the manic to the depressive phase of its manio-depressive psychosis fool you.
