Change of Chairman?

Change of Chairman?Did anybody notice that Barclay is no longer Chairman of the board? He is replaced by his long time friend or associate Lyle. Any comments? Somebody pointed out to me recently that EKD has approximately $11.x million in cash and has a market cap of $11.x million. So its new enterprise value is zero. How can a stock trade at such a low enterprise value? Has everybody given up on this stock?
