Cost to cover all development costs: $500 million ISA's share of costs @ 30%: $150 million Money that Roche is giving to ISA: $342 million Total ISA has from deal after all development costs: $192 million Current ISA money: $50 million TOTAL IN ISA BANK ACCOUNT AFTER DEVELOPMENT: about $250 million I realise that this is a highly simplified model, but considering who the message is intended for, the simpler the better.
