RE: I'm inI heard the CEO on ROBTV plus a number of fund managers were +ve on the stock. I believe they minimized strip mall investment and stress industrial properties. Further , the fund man. were not concerned with interest rate increases as they would be offset by capitol appreciation of the real estate ...involving rates to buy, rent and appreciate.
