Yes Vic

Yes Vic you are always right. PFN SUBJECT: PFN will have its day soonPosted By: vicsmith3 Post Time: 2/5/02 22:58 « Previous Message Next Message » The good thing for now is HB has lost interest and doing what he does best promoting tie in ground. IMO this is the only PGM deal to play. I think we got a shot of a buck before the PDAC. AVL PUMP https://www.stockhouse.ca/bullboards/viewmessage.asp?no=3146271&t=0&all=0&StartDir=O&StartID=3164825&StartTable=2&TableID=2&exchange=V. SUBJECT: Vic`s updatePosted By: vicsmith3 Post Time: 2/21/01 12:34 « Previous Message Next Message » Kari a PP can be done at any price that is at a premium to the market. PP`s are usually done at a discount to the market to give the placee a reason to tie up his money for 1 year (unless a AIF has been filed then its 4 months) PDG doing it at a premium is attractive because it results in less dilution. A private investor would have asked for a 25% discount to market (75cents say a 20 cent discount) the result would be that AVL issued about half as many shares to raise the same amount of money. Also the shares are not flowthru shares that would have ment AVL really issuing 30 cent shares to the investor. If you are confused don`t feel bad. The point is it is a very good deal for the company and investors. Global (Vishay) still have a right of first refusal over PDG on tantalum projects. Look for AVL to take the high tech metals story to a new level and get involved with the next big story, cerium and neodymium. AVL is a screaming buy at these levels. I expect to see the company trading over $1 before the end of the month. DUMP https://www.stockhouse.ca/bullboards/viewmessage.asp?no=4545845&t=0&all=0&TableID=1&exchange=V. SUBJECT: Vic`s advicePosted By: vicsmith3 Post Time: 12/28/01 00:07 « Previous Message Next Message » Maybe I was feeling a little Christmasey but I wouldn`t touch AVL. The latest Legris results have killed it. Its negative for HLM, PGM, BUC, EWR, CGD, and all the other LDI area plays because Legris was one of the flagship proprties. Tax loss selling will continue on AVL all spring. https://www.stockhouse.ca/bullboards/viewmessage.asp?no=3628796&t=0&all=0&StartDir=O&StartID=3629992&StartTable=2&TableID=2&exchange=V. SUBJECT: Vic Smiths comments Posted By: vicsmith3 Post Time: 5/19/01 23:11 « Previous Message Next Message » To be honest I sold my AVL stock before the PDAC. I`ve got lots of my friends long in AVL and I wish them luck. They knew my position then. Your reputation is impeccable.
