looking for answers....

looking for answers....Can anyone explain the following.... 1. What is with the deliquent filer reports from the BCSC? 2. Why is the mobiletrac site no longer valid? 3. Why their assets are being auctioned off by the sheriff/creditor? (saw an ad for it, then did a lien search)This is the second time in one year its been seized. 4. How they are funding their current legal activity? 5. How does the auction affect the lawsuit? 6. Details on any counter suit, heard one is in place...? 7. The theory behind the recent trading? I don't get it, last ditch attempt? ~ 8. I thought they claimed to have a working product prior to the customer they are suing (and being sued by?), is this true? why aren't they selling it? Do they have any staff? Any other customers? 9. If any of the people in the numerous private placings have anything interesting to say? My heart goes out to them... 10. Who is in charge of this mess? what happened to the old management? 11. Why some of the people in here defend XSTs innocence. I don't know any details and neither should they (hmmm), but XST hasn't really been a model boyscout. Logically my doubt would start here? Am I way off? 12. Why would a company like Veritas waste its time to "take advantage" of poor little XST? It doesn't add up, lawsuit sounds like a salvage attempt. Someone needs to talk to us, after the money thats been lost its the least they can do !
