IGWM Hangover

IGWM HangoverI think what is depressing this stock is the $750,000 they still owe IGWM. The money was received to develop their products, and they are on the hook to pay it back because of the failed merger. IGWM can call the loan at any time, but if they do, according to Gail, they are liable to legal action for damage to ESI's business. Once the loan situation is resolved, the share price will go up, IMHO. The market does not like uncertainty....
