number of shares?
number of shares?Interesting? how stockwatch contains more current info. than is filed on SEDAR. Isn't it usually the other way around?
I was trying to figure out the fully diluted number & haven't called the company so maybe something is being missed.
The OEL website indicated as of Feb. 8 the f.d. number was 16.6mil.
The financing that was repriced to $0.40 per unit wasn't included above. Stockwatch has a news release from about a week ago indicating the placement closed. 3 mil. units were issued and each unit includes 1 share and a warrant that can be exercised until March 27, 2004 at $0.60 That info. doesn't appear to be posted at SEDAR.
Some easy math is 16.6mil. + 3mil. just issued + 3mil. warrants = 22.6mil. f.d. Another (maybe it was the same one?) Stockwatch news release indicated that 300,000 options were also issued at $0.55 and they expire Feb.01, 2004 That takes the f.d. number to a sliver under 30mil.
Then there's that financing announcement pasted below. The news isn't on SEDAR. IF equity is to be issued (news release doesn't say it will) then how many more shares will get added to the mix? I don't know.
The news posted MAY 07 on Stockwatch:
