100K at 43I do think it's a bit off base to be thinking this is an effort to keep MOA down. For those who suggest EET shareholders or management are somehow involved, I think you may recall just how many times EET has faced large blocks of shares. 500K at .22 ring a bell? 100K at .41? It happens, and anyone who picked off shares from those large blocks (like I did!) is very, very happy about it now.
My advice to you: buy 'em. There won't be many chances to get large blocks like this.
