Question re last news release

Question re last news release To clarify the question concerning the MOA/Noranda earn in there was no news release as this is still being negotiated between the two parties with both in agreement thus far. It should also be noted the extension period for the additional $2.5MM MOA spending is now 2007. Cheers, SAR
