RE: South African NEWSJR5 you are absolutely right this legislation has no effect what so ever on MOA or EET as the law is directed towards the large mining companies who control a vast amount of property in SA some of which lies dormant. MOA/Mountain Ash have 10 year solid leases on their land and these leases were negotiated with the blacks and if you recall from earlier MOA days and NR's the Mogopa tribe in SA are entitled to a percentage land royalty already. MOA has good relations with the locals and government and Allen Sheito is no slouch in these matters and has been negotiating in SA for years. I can even recall a story in earlier days where Mr. Sheito took an entire local tribe to an ice cream parlour in Joburg. Rest assured our lands are safe.. Cheers, SAR
