Chartplays.com sees VRTS as possible buyVRTS is reviewed as the focus free chart of the day at Chartplays.com today. According to the folks at Chartplays.com, VRTS is showing some technical evidence that it could be a buy today. Their info on why and where is pretty good stuff.
