My thoughts only

My thoughts onlyWe already new about the non-cash charge so nothing new there. Whats important is the sale of the properties in Toronto and lease back and a possible sale of certain divisions. MHO when thinking about this points to a possible large amount of cash coming in if the sales take place which would easily clear off the debt load and leave more than enough money for MCC to buy out the 10 million liquid shares and take the company private at prices running from .50 to .80 cents a share. What ever happens MCC will still retain some decent revenue and will have a very strong balance sheet. Just my thoughts any others ?? Regards.......
