Alternate Symbol(s):  PEYUF

Peyto Exploration & Development Corp. is a Canadian energy company involved in the development and production of natural gas, oil and natural gas liquids in Alberta's deep basin. The Alberta Deep Basin is a geologic setting situated on the northeastern front of the Rocky Mountain belt in the deepest part of the Alberta sedimentary basin. It acquired Repsol Canada Energy Partnership (Repsol Assets), which included around 23,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day of low-decline production and 455,000 net acres of mineral land. The acquisition includes five operated natural gas plants with combined net natural gas processing capacity of around 400 million cubic feet per day, 2,200 kilometers (km) of operated pipelines, and a 12 MW cogeneration power plant. These assets include Edson Gas Plant and the Central Foothills Gas Gathering System. The Company has a total proved plus probable reserves of approximately 7.8 trillion cubic feet equivalent (1.3 billion barrels of oil equivalent).

Boolish....

Boolish....Actually, I'm here as a Peyto shareholder, picked up a little on recent dip. Also, not disgruntled about ISA at all, had lightened up on it a few months ago, and just recently added a little. Also, my last question was posted in sincerity: Teevee had said previously that it was very important to him to sell when insiders sold, so when I saw the large chunk of stock sold by the PEY insider, I assumed that Teevee would have sold out. Thinking back on it though, based on the constant lies out of the old fakir, I'm not sure why I'm surprised he did another flip-flop. I noticed today on Globeinvestor that the consensus from four analysts for Peyto was a HOLD. It surprised me, and warrants further scrutiny to decide whether to take a small profit on the current position or add on the next dip. It seems to be partly based on their opinions that PEY will have a 10% growth from this current fiscal year (.67 EPS) to next current fiscal year (.74). These numbers seem lower than some touted around on this board. Anyone care to comment? P.S. I'll post when, and where, I choose. Thanks for your understanding.
