Its technology consists of Genoil Hydroconversion Upgrader (GHU), which converts sour (high sulfur), heavy hydrocarbon feed stocks into lighter oil with higher quality distillates for conventional refining. The Company is also engaged in other technologies, such as oil upgrading and recycling, water purification port technologies, well testing, and sand cleaning. The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

Nice posts renzie21, but you keep missing the most essential point as to why Genoil will struggle. They is a very large credibility issue with the senior management in the company. To many failures scratched on their bed posts. As you know, the market is very resistant to support the managment team (Mr. Bugg). With out that support, it will be difficult to get the attention of the market - not impossible, but difficult. Regards
