Did you know that a few hundred yearss ago big business was dead set against the installation of sewage and basic sanitation infrastructure?....thier arguments were IDENTICAL to those neocons arguing against Kyoto....not understanding that it is this kind of legistlation that intitiates new technological growth.... Hey the neocons have been in charge for a year and look where we are at...three more years and people's precious bombardier will be up for graps for under a buck
