RE: Interesting Post -- YOUR REPLY INACCURATEThe reason I called you original post negative is because it was NOT FACTUAL. And NEVER confirmed any part of your post. I only explained it's GROSS INACCURACIES.
Your reply to my post is also completely INACCURATE as well -- another NEGATIVE post. If you re-read my post carefully, you will see how inaccurate your comments are.
HERE IS MY PREVIOUS POST EXPLAINED
Based on the information I was able to gather, I stated that...
1) It was Romano Robusto who was largely responsible for bankrupting Briana (the foregoing comment is stated 'without prejudice' so I won't get sued by him). Romano is NOT and NEVER has been involved with AVX.
2) KRAFT, as the Briana promoter was largely responsible for making the stock go to $5. This happened many years before the company went bankrupt. After the $5 high, the Briana stock then went down because the US partner company took many years longer than anticipated to develop the technology -- which in the end worked. Amdyl, the US partner (ADL on AMEX) then went to $10 US -- currently trades at around $1.
3) KRAFT had NO involvement with Briana when it went bankrupt.
4) KRAFT and AVX -- as I understand it, Kraft has NO official role with AVX. He is however a very strong supporter and tries to bring influential parties to the table for AVX. Some may even call him a promoter.
5) SUSPENSIONS -- had NOTHING to do with one bounced cheque. It was originally done by the ASC ONLY and it was because of the limited partnerships in the travel agency company and that Revenue Canada disallowed the tax credit. Hamilton and Tkachuck decided not to fight it as it was a limited suspension in Alberta ONLY. Subsequently the other jurisdictions passed a ruling stating that if you were suspended in one jurisdiction, you were suspended in all of them.
6) BOUNCED CHEQUE -- The travel company (TI Travel) and the public travel company franchise holder ultimately went down because of the bounced cheque for $350,000 (bounced by one of the franchisee holders, definitely NOT by Hamilton or Tkachuck) and Black Friday. This caused the company to loose it's travel license, which ultimately led to it's demise. These last actions were NOT caused by Hamilton or Tkachuck, but by a franchisee holder, NOT an employee.
6) Disher, the president of AVX had NO involvement in Briana or the travel company.
Robert, I hope I have made this much clearer, as you certainly completely misunderstood my previous post. Hence your negative post.
