I thought it was only legal to trade with the purpose of aqquiring or disposing of shares, and not to manipulate the stock price. So who are the jokers that sneak a trade in for 200 shares at 23c? Before people wake up at 9.30 and put their bids in for 25c. I guess someone at cannacord or Wolverton, or both wants some cheap stock. Tough!
