I believe...

I believe......the shorts are not taking this "pending" acqusition seriously at this time. It is my "opinion" that when (if) mgmt identifies the deposit and announces a definitive "aquisition" or RTO (however) you want to deem it. The shorts will need time to determine the authenticity & viability of said acquisition. If the "rumors" are substantiated and the project proves to be of "significant merit", then the shorts will begin to cover. It looks to me that they are still alive and well. A "pending" acquisition announcement in itself is not enough to choke them off. How about you "Z", covering yet?
