The Optical Communications segment manufactures carrier network and enterprise network components for the telecommunications industry. Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for flat panel displays, including liquid crystal displays and organic light-emitting diodes. RE: no action on this board! Uh...Corning sold the plate business years ago to another company. But I'm looking to buy more. Missed the opportunity at 1.50ish. There is potential in this company. Their accounting is reputable.
