To come up with $0.11 for the past year you include the 3rd quarter of 2002 when all the layoffs and extraordinary items were included. If you feel that the results for the 3rd quarter of this year will also be a loss of $0.27 then your p/e ratio is the right one. If they is only a loss(!!)of $0.10 per share this quarter then a p/e of 16 would be right. If they make money this quarer them the p/e will be considerably lower.
