RE: telus does not care about customers...Just to balance the issue...I just pulled this off of the bullboad for BCE (Bell Canada)...in the east based on my experience.

Rogers answered in 10 seconds and got my business.
Telus service in the west far exceeds this lousy Bell outfit in the east. Bell should not represent a problem to Telus. "
