RE: telus does not care about customers...Just to balance the issue...I just pulled this off of the bullboad for BCE (Bell Canada)...in the east based on my experience. . "Due to my temporary presence in Toronto (yuk) I tried calling Bell regarding ADSL, they would not even answer their telephone. A recording telling me they are too busy and disconnected the line. Rogers answered in 10 seconds and got my business. Telus service in the west far exceeds this lousy Bell outfit in the east. Bell should not represent a problem to Telus. "
