"DELAY IN ANNOUNCING"

"I think the delay in announcing this was management has been on the road in Canada and US promoting their story to institutions" . . . . Do you meen that while they're out making themselves known to institutions the entire office goes along & they lock the door? Best they hire another person to stay behind to answer the phone at least!
