Beaufield Consolidated Resources Inc - Property Agreement Beaufield, Sparton to acquire 90 Ontario claims Beaufield Consolidated Resources Inc BFD Shares issued 26,580,311 Nov 13 2002 close $ 0.20 Wednesday November 13 2002 Property Agreement Also Sparton Resources Inc (YSP) Miscellaneous The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in relation to a purchase and sale agreement dated Oct. 28, 2002, between Newmont Canada Limited and Sparton Resources Inc. and Beaufield Consolidated Resources Inc. The property consists of 90 mining claims comprising 143 claim units in the townships of Wabikoba Lake, White Lake North and Lecours within the Thunder Bay mining division, in Ontario. In consideration, Beaufield Consolidated Resources Inc. must issue to the vendor 150,000 common shares and warrants to purchase 200,000 common shares at an exercise price of 35 cents in the first year, 50 cents in the second year, and 75 cents in the third year.
