RE: Something must be up...

RE: Something must be up...Well...isn't this news lovely? I got back into this stock recently, have avoided posting & have only read the board very infrequently. I'm sure Kevin will be thrilled to see me post again. LOL Hasn't turned out quite as well as you thought, eh Kevin. Alwar...please wake up & smell the coffee. The company had no cash & a fair bit of debt, since the BV excluding goodwill was about $2M, I'm sure the creditors haven't been too comfy of late. They had a terrible balance sheet & clearly a problem with working cash flow. How were they supposed to finance manufacturing all those FWT's? While I expected them to raise cash shortly, I had really hoped it would be at a higher price. Clearly they must have been getting pressure to do something now, the brokers probably knew it & helped suppress the price...so the net result is the existing shareholders can bend over & say ouch! How does it feel Kevin??? We see 3.4 to 6.15M shares added to the pool. Pretty serious dilution at a lousy price. I suspect the maximum allotment will take place but I hope not. Well, enough said, Cheers!!!
