Reuters Agnico-Eagle closes share offering Thursday November 14, 10:30 am ET (Figures in US unless noted) TORONTO, Nov 14 (Reuters) - Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd (Toronto:AGE.TO - News) said on Thursday it had closed a $192 million (C$303 million) public offering of shares and warrants that would be used to fund acquisitions, capital expenses and for other purposes. The mid-tier Canadian gold miner, known for its flagship LaRonde mine in Quebec, said each whole warrant allowed holders to buy one common share for $19 per share.
