RE: Wallbridge MOA has 100000 OPTIONS to acquire Wallbridge shares at 75 cents per share. As far as I know, they don't own any. Of course, Wallbridge going up is still good, but the benefit is minimal at this level.
See NR of April 17, 2002: Wallbridge Mining Company Limited (TSE:WM) and Mountain Lake Resources Inc. (MOA:CDNX) are pleased to announce the purchase by Wallbridge of 100% interest in Mountain Lake's 143 unpatented mining claims and 13 patented mining claims, totaling approximately 2,500 hectares. The Canagau property is situated in Ben Nevis Township, approximately 30 kilometers northeast of the town of Kirkland Lake, Ontario.
The Canagau property contains a polymetallic prospect hosting broad dispersion halos of silver, zinc, gold and copper. Under the terms of the agreement, Mountain Lake will receive a nominal
payment and an option to purchase 100,000 shares of Wallbridge at $0.75 per share for a period of five years from the date of signing. In addition, Mountain Lake will retain a Net Smelter Return (NSR) of 2% on base metals and NSR of 3% on precious metals. Wallbridge can choose to purchase 50% of these NSRs for $1 million, before the start of commercial production.
