RE: Hank's pay...........Sounds like my mutual fund advisor trying to sell me his stable of expensive funds, where the truth is him lining his pockets with better paying trailer fees.
Although I too made nice dough with PD..........from $14 (buy-in) to $49 (sell-out).
The gist of the article is that there is a good relationship between excessive CEO greed, and underperformance relative to peers (in same sector)..............but not always of course, just a rough rule of thumb. Sorry if I offended any longs out there!
