RE: reality check - pizza delight

RE: reality check - pizza delightI don't think the Pizza Delight situation was the same as AFF: - Pizza Delight was a private company trying to do an IPO, while AFF is already a traded company. - Pizza Delight evidently couldn't get investors to buy at their price and conditions. Maybe the price was too high? At a lower price, they wouldn't have had a problem? AFF is already trading, so there is no need to find buyers to sell to. Fair disclosure: I have recently bought a bunch of AFF. To me, they are in the process of cleaning up the company's problems, and would be a turnaround scenario even without the added benefit of a royalty trust. I hope they can accomplish this by early March, before the tech sector will be doing its annual crash and dragging other sectors with it -- except for the companies that are paying real returns, like income trusts.
