What if...

What if...What if the selling pressure did come from the board member who recently resigned and the resulting share price drop is a cheap opportunity for the company to execute the share buy back program it announced in September. Did this former board member have really cheap options issued to him? I'm a new stockholder as of this week. The company chart does show a sharp decline that may continue, that is why I did not purchase all the shares I wanted, yet. Small biotechs are speculative, but out of all them out there I picked ISA because of the amount of cash it has on hand, the positive cash flow and it's relationship with Roche. GD
